CASE STUDY
Modernising Infrastructure and Device Management
Cloud Migration and Endpoint Security Transformation

CLIENT PROFILE
Advivo Accountants and Advisors is a leading Brisbane-based accounting and business advisory firm, delivering proactive advice, financial management, and strategic direction to empower clients. Known for innovation and efficiency, Advivo seeks modern technology solutions that support growth, strengthen security, and improve operational resilience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Migrate identity services to Microsoft Entra (Entra ID)
- Decommission outdated on-premise servers
- Modernise multi-factor authentication systems
- Implement Managed Endpoint Configuration for devices
- Automate device setup and lifecycle management

THE CHALLENGE
Advivo’s ageing on-premise servers were costly, complex, and misaligned with their cloud-first strategy. Their device fleet lacked modern security policies and required manual onboarding, limiting flexibility and scalability. Outdated infrastructure and endpoint management processes increased costs, reduced efficiency, and exposed the organisation to greater operational and security risks.
BENEFITS

Enables flexible, remote workforce operations

Dramatically improves security posture

Optimises licensing and operational efficiency
OUTCOME
Aryon implemented a complete infrastructure and endpoint modernisation strategy. This included decommissioning legacy servers, migrating identity services from Practice Protect to Microsoft Entra, and enhancing MFA. Simultaneously, Aryon uplifted Advivo’s device fleet to its Managed Endpoint Configuration service, enabling automated Windows Autopilot deployment, cloud-based encryption, biometric authentication, and continuous policy updates. The solution leveraged existing Microsoft 365 licensing, reduced complexity, improved security, and ensured devices and infrastructure were optimised for a remote first, scalable operating model.
“Aryon was able to significantly simplify our IT environment, reducing our costs and streamlining our operations.”
